Q: Can you arrange shipping?

A: We can arrange all shipping to your door if required or can provide a FOB price.

Q: Can you provide lead times?

A: When you place an order we can work out a production schedule and lead time of when it will arrive in Australia to aid with your planning.

Q: How can you be sure that the quality of the goods is high?

A: Orient Sourcing’s employees in China physically check ALL factories and do a Factory Audit prior to your project being manufactured. They will also be onsite during the production and once production is finalized to check quality and quantities so you, the customer, receive what you expect to receive once the project is delivered. We will send Digital photos, and where possible, airfreight a finished sample to you before the goods leave China.
