Inspect
If we haven’t dealt with a particular factory before, we will conduct our very own Inspection prior to going into production with your product. Our inspectors will:
- Verify factory existence
- Check production competencies and capacity
- See first hand the quality procedures employed
- Check they are human rights compliant
Orient Sourcing can also offer a factory inspection service for projects you have sourced yourself. These include:
We will use the same methods as our very own factory inspections mentioned above and will provide a detailed report on the factory.
Orient Sourcing will physically visit the factory your product is being manufactured in and check the following:
- Check the products for any defects or deviation from quality parameters
- Suggest solutions to any manufacturing issues that may arise
- Product and component quality inspection before assembly
- Compile a Report with digital pictures of the manufacturing process
Orient Sourcing can also do checks when the merchandise is completed, packed and ready for shipment. We check for:
- Quality
- Quantities are correct
- Packaging is compliant with Australian Quarantine Shipping standards
Digital photographs will be provided.
